At SiaCart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you received a product that doesn't meet your expectations, we offer exchanges on eligible items.

Please note: SiaCart does not offer a general return or refund policy across all products. We provide product exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.

What We Offer

Product Exchange: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct or equivalent product
Exchanges are subject to product availability

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition
Have all original tags and packaging intact
Be reported to us within a reasonable time of delivery

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following may not be eligible for exchange:

Personal care and hygiene products once opened or used
Perishable goods
Items marked as final sale or non-exchangeable on the product page
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at worlddigital737@gmail.com with your order number, the item you received, and the issue
Attach clear photos of the product
Our team will review your request and respond with exchange instructions
Ship the item back as instructed (return shipping terms will be communicated at the time of your request)
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll dispatch your exchange

No General Refunds

Please note that SiaCart does not offer cash refunds or store credit as a general policy. Exchanges are provided for eligible cases as described above. For any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
